MANAGING DIRECTOR & LICENCED BUILDER

John is our director and has been passionately hands on for his building career spanning 30 years. John proudly leads his team by example and doesn’t shy away from any project no matter the complexity. His broad knowledge and experience with various aspects of construction including but not limited to all carpentry aspects, concreting, tiling & roofing ensures the upmost quality at every stage of our projects. He has a passion for detailed architectural construction and prides himself on being able to replicate even the most intricate building details. His personal approach to accommodating the needs of our clients and providing them with his knowledge and guidance relevant to their property, design inspiration and circumstances is the pillar of our business. John has a wealth of knowledge within the Hawkesbury, working with flood & bushfire compliance along with working on blocks which may be subject to slope, he is always eager to maximise the building envelope and enhance any property to its upmost potential.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Antoinette has been a huge influence on the growth and development of our business over the past 30 years, she is the backbone of Hawkesbury Homes! She has been running the business behind the scenes as Accounts Manager as well as proudly supporting John for the duration of his building career. She is a qualified Landscape Designer and passionate about creating beautiful landscaping which compliments beautifully designed homes. Her genuine & sincere nature is also the foundation of our customer service values.

SITE SUPERVISOR & LICENCED BUILDER

John & Antoinette's Son Anthony started his apprenticeship at a young age, very eager to follow in his father's footsteps. Anthony is our site supervisor backed by 13 years building experience for Hawkesbury Homes. Anthony is hands with all construction aspects at every project always leading our team by example. Anthony has passion, drive, determination & dedication to building and exceeding our customers building experience. We are very proud to have him represent our business and manage all of our sites. His organisation, efficiency, skill and dedication is the reason the construction of our projects run as efficiently as they do.

OFFICE & CLIENTS RELATIONS MANAGER

John & Antoinette's Daughter Elizabeth has been working for Hawkesbury Homes for over 4 years, however has 9 years' experience within different areas of the building industry. She holds a wealth of knowledge at the preliminary stage of construction. She provides a tailored preliminary process for each of our clients relevant to their project and the requirements subject to their property. Elizabeth prepares our tenders, as well as coordinates the design, certification and compliance requirements, ensuring a thorough and unified approach to each project. Elizabeth is extremely proactive, driven, and dedicated ensuring our clients feel supported, educated, empowered and at ease every step of their journey.

WHS & MARKETING COORDINATOR

Vanessa has been working for Hawkesbury Homes for over 5 years, her role stated as a general administration role to assist John and Antoinette and has quickly developed and evolved during her employment. She is bubbly, polite, energetic and customer service focused. Vanessa coordinates the safety processes for all of our sites to ensure all staff & contractors have a safe working environment for all of our projects. Vanessa has a creative flare and loves being involved in design aspects within the business as well as creating & implementing brand & marketing requirements.
